Entrepreneur · Business Strategist · Skills Development Advocate

I build businesses that build people up.

I work across the United Kingdom and Africa, building businesses, developing teams and training professionals. My focus today is increasingly on business growth, leadership development, entrepreneurship, and developing the next generation of managers and business leaders.
About Me

How I got here

I’m a Ghanaian-born entrepreneur, business strategist, and project management professional. My career spans the United Kingdom and Africa, with a focus on social care, tendering and procurement, workforce and business development, and skills training.

My background is deliberately mixed: an MSc in Global Project Management, an MBA in International Business Management, and a BSc in Actuarial Science, alongside certificate and Diploma trainings in several disciplines and adult social care (UK). The combination of analytical, commercial, and operational experience and skills has shaped how I approach a business problem, spot the opportunity, build a workable model, assemble the right people, and turn the idea into something that lasts.

I’ve founded and chaired several businesses across the UK and Africa, spanning consultancy, tendering, healthcare, recruitment, training, and business services. At the centre of my current work is a consultancy that helps organisations, particularly SMEs and care-sector businesses, navigate public-sector procurement, tendering, and organisational growth.

Africa has talent. The opportunity is turning that talent into performance.

I believe Africa’s next chapter will be shaped not simply by its natural resources, but increasingly by the quality of its entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, institutions and businesses.

A growing part of my work is focused on practical skills development, entrepreneurship, management capability and connecting African talent with wider global opportunities.
